Do not include all fees in one G-1450. You must submit a G-1450 for each fee.
Do not list the applicant's name on the form. Instead, list "Temple University" in the "Given Name" field and leave "Family Name" blank.
Make sure that you list the correct card number and expiration date.
Be aware of daily limits on your card...ask Accounts Payable for a temporary exception if you are concerned you will not have enough money on your card.
USCIS will not accept a stamped, typewritten name or a digital signature in place of a an original "wet" signature. You must sign the forms with a black pen then scan the forms and send them to ISSS through TUSafesend. You can access TUSafesend through TUPortal. Keep the original forms in your possession per USCIS regulations. See www.uscis.gov/pay-with-a-credit-card for more information.
USCIS has implemented a new way to pay fees using electronic debit from a U.S. bank account. Individuals can make transactions directly to USCIS by completing and signing Form G-1650, Authorization for ACH Transactions, and filing it with their applications, petitions, or requests.
With the Premium Processing service, USCIS guarantees that within 15 business days, it will issue either an approval notice, a notice of intent to deny, a request for evidence (RFE), or a notice of investigation for fraud or misrepresentation.
If USCIS fails to meet its processing guarantee, it will refund the premium processing fee to the requester, but will continue to process the petition or application expeditiously. In addition to fast processing, premium processing customers program may use a dedicated phone number and e-mail address to check on the status of their petition or ask any other questions concerning their petition.
The business day period begins when USCIS properly receives the current version of Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing Service, at the correct filing address noted on the form, or when the Form I-907 is properly filed electronically.
Only the Temple University Office of International Student and Scholar Services can apply for this service for H-1B, E-3 and TN petitions. We will complete Form I-907 (Request for Premium Processing) and attach the PP check or G-1450 Form. The fee should be paid by a separate check made payable to the US Department of Homeland Security or a G-1450 Form for $2805, not to be combined with the regular I-129 application fee.
