Do not list the applicant's name on G-1450 /G-1650 Forms. Instead, list Temple University, Temple University Hospital or Temple University Health System in the Given Name field and leave Family Name blank.

Form G-1450: Paying Fees by Credit Card

Do not include all fees in one G-1450. You must submit a G-1450 for each fee.

Do not list the applicant's name on the form. Instead, list "Temple University" in the "Given Name" field and leave "Family Name" blank.

Make sure that you list the correct card number and expiration date.

Be aware of daily limits on your card...ask Accounts Payable for a temporary exception if you are concerned you will not have enough money on your card.

USCIS will not accept a stamped, typewritten name or a digital signature in place of a an original "wet" signature.  You must sign the forms with a black pen then scan the forms and send them to ISSS through TUSafesend.  You can access TUSafesend through TUPortal.  Keep the original forms in your possession per USCIS regulations. Form G-1650: Authorization for ACH Transactions

USCIS has implemented a new way to pay fees using electronic debit from a U.S. bank account. 

Temple Health Departments will work with Tim Cyphers, Sr. Director of Temple Health's Treasury Services.  To request a G-1650 Form, the Budget Unit Head must send an email to Timothy.Cyphers@tuhs.temple.edu that includes the H-1B Applicant’s name and the GL account coding in the email.

Premium Processing

With the Premium Processing service, USCIS guarantees that within 15 business days, it will issue either an approval notice, a notice of intent to deny, a request for evidence (RFE), or a notice of investigation for fraud or misrepresentation.

If USCIS fails to meet its processing guarantee, it will refund the premium processing fee to the requester, but will continue to process the petition or application expeditiously. In addition to fast processing, premium processing customers program may use a dedicated phone number and e-mail address to check on the status of their petition or ask any other questions concerning their petition.

The business day period begins when USCIS properly receives the current version of Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing Service, at the correct filing address noted on the form, or when the Form I-907 is properly filed electronically.

Only the Temple University Office of International Student and Scholar Services can apply for this service for H-1B, E-3 and TN petitions. ISSS will complete and submit Form I-907 Request for Premium Processing.
