What to Do if You Need Help

Use this page to help you navigate the resources ISA has available for international Temple students and the overall Temple resources we can guide you to.

You can find an extensive guide and list of teams and departments across Temple that can help you at the Personalized Support page. If you know what kind of help you need, you may find the necessary contacts in the list. If you are unsure who to turn to, if your issue is complex and you would like to talk to us first, or you want to clarify something, you can always email us at intl@temple.edu.

If you are struggling to afford basic necessities like food and hygiene items, there are Cherry Pantry and the Connection Corner available for you to get those products for free. The Connection Corner is managed directly by ISA, and we always welcome you to take what you need and reach out with any requests or questions whether about Connection Corner itself, budgeting, or any other issue.

What to Do if You Want to Help

If you feel that you are in a good place right now and would like to help other students, there are several opportunities for you to join our office and our mission to support Temple international students.

Student Leadership and Advocacy is a perfect place to learn about the opportunities to help organize events, represent Temple's international community on the Advisory Board, and more.

You can also donate to the Connection Corner. We always welcome shelf-stable foods, hygiene items, and anything necessary for everyday life so long as it is in good condition. Your contribution would mean a lot to us and the international students who visit our office.
