Items Needed to Reenter the US

• Valid Passport
• Valid Visa Stamp (except Canadian nationals)
• I-797 Original Approval Notice (H-1B / O-1 / E-3 and TN if petition filed in the US)
• Copy of the petition we filed with USCIS on your behalf
• Copies of your 3 most recent paystubs
• Your CV
• Travel Letter from your department

Once you enter the US

When driving into the US from Mexico or Canada, you MUST get out of your car and go into the secondary office to get an I-94.
