In her role as Student Services Coordinator, Stephanie advocates for the success of TCALC’s English language learners. As such, she connects students to Temple’s top-notch resources and ensures that students have the tools that they need to thrive. She especially enjoys helping TCALC students navigate the university application process and witnessing their transition from English language learner to undergraduate (or graduate) student. Education has been a passion of Stephanie’s since she her undergraduate days at St. Joseph’s University. After having earned a PhD in French Literature from the University of Virginia, Stephanie worked for several years as a professor of French at Lycoming College and St. Lawrence University, respectively, before transitioning to the field of international education. In her free time, she enjoys yoga (especially arm balances), running (come cheer her on at the Philly marathon!), vegan cooking, and reading. She is a Jersey girl through and through!
