TN Status For Mexican and Canadian Nationals 

Only ISSS Staff are permitted to sign the TN Employment Support Letter. This is a separate letter from the appointment/offer letter. The Hiring Department will need to invite the TN Applicant to complete Applicant Sections in a TN Application.  

The TN Applicant must possess the minimum qualifications for the occupation as specified by the NAFTA/USMCA Professional Job Series List.
